I will come up with a menu for your approval before each visit, do all the shopping and will prepare delicious, wholesome meals without you lifting a finger! I will always shop for the freshest, highest quality ingredients so the end result is outstanding!
I have many years of experience with alternative cooking methods. Be assured that my skills can translate to any preference such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, etc. If you are working with a dietician, doctor or nutritionist, I would be happy to consult with them about your meal plans to insure you can reach your health goals.
Our journey together begins with a free consultation where we will discuss your goals, dietary needs, likes/dislikes, number of servings needed, etc. and, together, will come up with a schedule.
Pricing will vary depending on the amount of food you would like prepared and the frequency of visits. Groceries are in addition to the fee. We will be sure to discuss your food quality preferences (organic, non organic, grass-fed, etc.). Some additional travel time may apply for services provided outside of Summit, New Providence, Short Hills, Berkley Heights, Maplewood, South Orange, NJ.

Individual or group cooking classes available.
