Weeknight Vegetarian Cooking Class (With a Latin Twist!)

Do you find it a challenge to come up with hearty meals that don’t involve meat?  Would you like to increase the amount of plant-based dishes you eat per week? If you answered yes to either of these questions, join me on Thursday, March 21 for a “Weeknight Vegetarian” (with a Latin twist!) cooking class where we will focus on using healthy and filling ingredients that won’t make you wonder – “where’s the beef?!”  We will discuss and use the best tools to help your cooking game (did someone say Instant-Pot)?! Plus we will go over vegetarian pantry staples and how the techniques and ingredients we use in class can be applied to many different dishes.

  • Instant-Pot lentil tortilla soup
  • Mexican Caesar salad
